Uniguest’s “one-click access” provides users the ability to get where they are going without having to know website addresses. From popular Hot Links, to Email, Maps and Directions, or a quick Ask.com® Search, Uniguest’s interface makes it easy to find the way.

Standard Boarding Pass Interface

Uniguest developed a Boarding Pass Printing Station to allow users to check-in to airline flights and print boarding passes. Through a proprietary user interface, users have one-click access to all major airlines. Users need not know the website address for an airline as it is already built in.

For properties providing the solution to its users, they have peace of mind that the system is software-protected and serviced by Uniguest. Additionally, users can only access airline websites. Access to all other Internet traffic is disabled leaving it available to the next user.

The user interface can be customized for a small fee for any customer brand and can even have additional features like weather, directions to the closest airports, and airport condition updates.

Payphone Booth Terminal

Uniguest implemented its first payphone booth installation in 2003 with the crashing of payphone utilization at hotels. The payphone booth terminal can utilize any Uniguest application and can print locally or to a network printer somewhere else on the property’s premises. It is great for properties with limited space and where payphone space is in high-traffic areas.

4-Sided Mobile Kiosk Center

The 4-Sided Mobile Kiosk Center is a Uniguest exclusive. It features three complete workstations that print to a shared laser printer. Each user has availability to a mounted USB port for easy access to files saved on their USB drive.

The kiosk can be utilized with any of Uniguest’s applications including the standard business center or boarding pass station application. Properties can even have a mixture thereof; two business centers and one boarding pass system.

The kiosk can utilize either a hard-wired connection or utilize the property’s existing wifi network making it easy to use for meeting, convention, lobby space, or in any public area.
