Jennifer grew up in a small town in West Tennessee and, after
completing an Associates degree in business, moved to Memphis
where she worked as a customer service agent at Regions Bank.
Jennifer’s extraordinary customer service skills led to
her recruitment by Shawn Thomas as Uniguest’s first employee.
Having been with the company since its beginning, Jennifer has
worn many hats including being a part-time assistant, managing
the office affairs of Uniguest, as well as project managing national
hotel accounts. Jennifer and her son, Jackson, moved to Nashville
in the summer of 2006 to continue working with Uniguest. While
not working, Jennifer is an avid reader, enjoys following politics,
retail therapy, and most importantly, being a full-time mother.
