Shawn Thomas, founder of Uniguest, is a hands-on CEO and is responsible for overseeing the overall growth of the company. Primary responsibilities are maintaining the operational and service aspect of Uniguest, as well as spearheading new sales and marketing objectives. Shawn also works directly with national brands of hotel chains to implement new brand standards and research innovative ways to utilize public PC workstations.

With seven years of hotel industry experience and a self-taught applications integrator, Shawn brings to Uniguest’s customers continual ideas of how to minimize cost and maximize user ability with regard to guest technology solutions. It is not surprising for customers and end users to have Shawn provide service and support. It is the personal touch and hands-on management that makes Uniguest what it is.
