CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jeff Hiscox brings an extensive hospitality technology background with a track record of growing revenue and achieving results. Previously, Jeff served as President and CEO of Newmarket International (hospitality technology) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where he oversaw significant company growth in both revenue and EBITDA. After successfully acquiring and integrating six companies into Newmarket, he helped establish a dynamic culture that led Newmarket to be selected as one of the best companies to work for in New Hampshire during the last five years of his tenure.
Prior to Newmarket International, he was the Vice President of Sales at Surebridge/ManagedOps, and most recently was a consultant for mid-market technology companies specializing in coaching, executive leadership mentorship, and growth strategies. Jeff is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As the Chief Operating Officer, Matt Goche oversees the development, fulfillment, activations, support and print teams across all Uniguest locations. With a heavy background in technology and experience in growing business across operational, technical, and management positions, Matt has streamlined workflows and processes while leading the support team to achieve best-in-class standards.
He started his career as an Officer in the United States Air Force and later worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, Virginia, as a technology consultant who led large-scale engagements with the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice. Prior to Uniguest, Matt was Vice President of Global Security Services at Sungard Availability Services in Wayne, Pennsylvania, where he built a cybersecurity business supporting over 600 enterprise clients. Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Chief Financial Officer Gene Reardon has extensive experience leading financial and legal teams through periods of rapid organic growth and acquisitions, including but not limited to budgeting, financial and tax reporting, forecasting and analysis, and contract negotiations.
Prior to working with Uniguest, Gene was CFO of Newmarket International, which was acquired by Amadeus Hospitality. Gene worked closely on not only integrating Newmarket into Amadeus but integrating several Newmarket acquisitions as well. Before taking on the role of CFO, Gene first served as Corporate Controller and then VP of Finance at Newmarket.
Gene is a CPA and CGMA, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maine.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Lee Horgan is a transformational executive focused on building strong teams based on lean, agile principles. Previous experience includes private equity-backed and public companies. He was part of the leadership team responsible for the integration of eight acquisitions while with Amadeus Hospitality (Newmarket International).
He previously held senior leadership positions at Amadeus Hospitality (Newmarket International), including CEO, CTO, and Executive Vice President of Sales. Additionally, he had commercial responsibility for the successful launches of Delphi.Net and MeetingBroker and was instrumental in partnering with clients on several enterprise CRM deployments.
Lee has served on the HSMAI Sales Advisory Board and the MPI Foundation Board. He has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University.
STEVEN R. DELCARSON
EVP, ADJACENT MARKETS
As the Executive Vice President of Adjacent Markets, Steven Delcarson is responsible for non-hospitality markets; including business services, senior living, apartments and others. He previously served as President of Showcase Technologies which was acquired by Uniguest. Prior to Showcase, Steve was CEO and President of TechSkills LLC, a private higher education information technology leader.
From 1991 to 2000, Steve built Productivity Point International (PPI) as COO, President and CEO. Under his leadership, the firm grew eighteen-fold to $120M, and received recognition from Fortune and Inc. magazines as one of America’s fastest growing private companies.
Steve is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO Gold) and was a member of the Microsoft, Lotus, Sylvan and CompTIA Advisory Boards. He received his Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
Steve Keisling serves as the Vice President of Transitions and brings more than 20 years of operations and sales experience to Uniguest. He has been with Uniguest for over 10 years and has led in various capacities, overseeing the print operations, sales and marketing teams, and now leading the supply chain and activations teams.
Past experience includes leading a Fortune 500 company where he developed new warehouse and procurement processes, built corporate accounts, launched three e-commerce businesses, and increased the revenue from its fleet by designing a zone-based delivery system. Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
Tricia Smith joined Uniguest as Director of Human Resources in early 2014, bringing more than a decade of management and diverse human resources experience to the company. Her background is primarily in start-ups and healthcare organizations, and she has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training, and benefits administration.
Prior to joining Uniguest, Tricia held various human resources leadership positions for healthcare companies, including Simplex Healthcare. While at Simplex Healthcare, Tricia was the Director of Human Resources, where she supported 450+ employees and partnered with operating leaders to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business initiatives and goals. Tricia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Belmont University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
